The mini is intended for the PS/2 mouse, the standard, for the keyboard. This is what works and what my owner's manual says. I've never tried it the other way. As far as I know, you just run the PCSX2 until you got to the main menu, then in the menu bar choose Config > Gamepad Settings, it should automatically pick your keyboard up as Gamepad.0 (Player One).
